You might get a refund from your insurance company this summer. It's a result of the new federal healthcare law that governs how insurance companies spend their cash. Here's the details.

The new rules say insurance companies have to spend between 80- 85% percent of premium dollars on on medical care. When your insurance company falls short, they will be required to send you a refund.  Fox News says about 9 million Americans will get rebates. They say the average is $160 per person.
