Thankful?

As we enter the season of thanks, I have to ask myself, am I truly thankful? Sure, I mean God's done some amazing things in my life. I have six kids and an amazing wife. Life is pretty good. Then I was challenged by a quote a Pastor posted on Twitter.........

                         "What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday?"

Wow, that's like a sucker punch to the face. If I was truly thankful, why wasn't I telling God about it everyday? I'm not sure how many times in history that 15 words changed some ones prayer life, but it did mine. So now I make sure I thank God everyday for the things He's placed in my life. This is just more proof that I'm still a work in progress.
