So which came first? The Chicken or the Egg? By Chef Phillip Dell
Eggs are all-natural and packed with a number of nutrients. One egg has 13 essential vitamins and minerals in varying amounts, high-quality protein, unsaturated fats and antioxidants, all for 70 calories
Eggs' nutrients can help you with weight management, muscle strength, eye health, brain function and having a healthy pregnancy. Particularly important for aiding healthy brain function and pregnancy is choline (pronounced KOH-leen), which is amply present in eggs.
As you read through the Palm Sunday story this weekend at church, there’s a few things I want to point out to you that might rock your world.
The Gospels say Jesus, rode into Jerusalem on that colt of a donkey who had never been ridden. That actually fulfilled a prophecy in Zechariah 9 written like 500 years before Jesus was born. It says:
Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. (meaning he has never been ridden before)
I wanted to encourage you to read the Palm Sunday story again in the Gospels as we reflect on Lent. The people of Jerusalem were just as "ME" centered as we are today.
Jesus rode in to Jerusalem on a donkey about a week before his resurrection. In their culture, kings would often ride into a city on a horse when they came with intentions of war. Kings would ride in on a donkey when they came in peace

Spring has arrived! Okay maybe for some of us anyway. When I think of spring I think of first of all getting everything ready for my first transformation prep of the year, or like most people, get that “beach body” I dream about every winter. Secondly I think of all the great foods that come into season. One in particular that comes to mind is strawberries! I remember while growing up, going into the fields and picking as many strawberries we could find, in hopes that we might be able to make a pie or fresh strawberry jam. The only problem was half the time by the time we got home; we had eaten most of them.
