The theme of the services is OVERHEARD and the dates are listed below:
Do you suppose it is possible that various people who were involved in our Lord's Passion ever had the opportunity to talk with one another about it? Perhaps even right then, while the events were happening? Can you imagine what they might have said? People like:

2/22 -- Malchus, whose ear was cut off and healed at Gethsemane, and Mark, who ran from the Garden naked.
2/29 -- Barabbas, the criminal released when Jesus was condemned, and Caiaphas, the high priest who led the cries for his release.
3/7 -- Pontius Pilate and Procula, his wife.

This is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, Bible Study, Breakfast Fellowship; which is open to the public, for all ladies 18 yrs. or older. It is a fun, easy-going, non-intimidating gathering of those women; whom desire a closer relationship, with our Savior, Jesus Christ. The menu includes fresh brewed coffee, juices, water, muffins, donuts, cookies, and fresh fruit, to please the palate. And if anyone would like to bring food items, as an donation; they are very welcome to do so.

Diane Rose, blind since 1984 just four days before she was to undergo corrective eye surgery,is a master of making the best out of what most people would consider a bad situation. Fourteen years after becoming blind, Diane asked God to show her what her purpose was. The next day a friend asked Diane if she would like to learn how to quilt. The answer was an emphatic "yes" and the rest is history.

Ms. Rose will captivate you as she tells of her blessings of serving the Lord and inspiring others. This amazing motivational speaker will present her personal "walk by fath" and share some of her quilts, crafts and recently completed cookbook.

Friday, February 17, 2012 at 7:00pm until 9:00pm and Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 8:30am until 12:00pm.

The two-day seminar will provide a Biblical foundation for parenting and teach practical, hands-on parenting methodology. The seminar is based on the Family Teaching Model and the book "Common Sense Parenting" by Ray Burke P.H.D., Roy Herron and Bridget A. Barnes. The Parenting Seminar will be presented by Kelly Mulari and Maggie Copper. This event is sponsored by SMC's Woman of Grace Ministry.

Friday's Session (7p.m. to 9p.m.) will be focused on Biblical examples on how NOT to parent, and how TO parent, as well as group discussions designed to set the stage for the next day.

Abundant Grace Church is pleased to announce best selling author and speaker, Don Piper, as its special guest on Sunday February 19, at 8:30 & 10:30 am. On his way home from a church conference in 1989, Don Piper’s Ford Escort was struck head-on by an 18-wheeler. He was killed instantly — pronounced dead by four sets of paramedics. But God worked a miracle and sent Don back to a broken body. To date, 34 surgical procedures have taken place. He walks only as a result of miraculous and in some cases medically unexplainable circumstances. During the time he was dead, Piper was granted the extreme privilege of glimpsing Heaven itself. Ninety minutes after dying, Don Piper came back to life where he faced a long and grueling recovery.

Deep Roots Church will host "March-Manna" a free, one day community event to provide food, toiletries, and paper products to single parents who may not qualify for most assistance/help programs, but have a need due to sickness, financial hardship, unemployment, reduced wages, or just needing encouragement.
