We here at Family Worship Center is sponsoring a youth weekend that we would like your par-ticipation in. The Theme is “What are you Standing Up for?” Today’s youth are facing many challenges and temptations that we, the church, must help them face and conquer. We plan on having a round table discussion, workshop and most of all, worship. In our worship we will like for each church’s youth to perform a little skit with our theme: Stand Up-. The dates for this will be Oct 26 &27 2012 at Family Worship Center..

Sanctified description: Sanctified is an event where young adults fast, pray, and worship to seek Gods presence. This event is for every young adult in the valley. Whoever is desperately seeking Gods presence we believe that at this time God wants to anoint us as leaders and lead us to a whole different level of relationship with him. Through humility in fasting and praying for 12 hours we believe God will restore this generation and this city causing a continual out pour of His spirit and goodness.
This will be located at Oasis Christian Church on 10450 Gilespie Street Las Vegas, NV 89183. Every young adult from every church is welcome. We'll be praying and fasting for all churches with non stop worship, so we encourage you to come and seek Gods sanctification.
We will be hosting a Harvest Fest event at our church on October 31st, 2012. Free food, games, crafts, and candy will be provided along with a family friendly environment that is safe for everyone to enjoy a night of fun. The event will take place inside our church building at 8705 Lindell Rd in Las Vegas, NV 89139. We hope to see you there!
The church grounds will be overflowing with
bright orange pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and prices.
On Saturday and Sunday, October 27 & 28
Shannon's Kettle Corn & More will be on hand selling kettle corn, deep fried twinkies, and oreos, and much much more.
Frost Bite will be there selling the very popular shaved ice.
The United Methodist Women will also be
holding a bake sale.
