The event is an Outreach Endeavor/Bible Study/Fellowship designed to bless those 18 yrs. or older, with a Continental Breakfast, Christ-centered Devotional with Packets, Bible Study Related Gift Tokens, Anointed Music, Games & Prizes awarded too!
This nicely decorated affair will be held at Sun City Aliante's Community Center, 7394 Aliante Parkway, in Social Hall "B", No. Las Vegas, NV 89086 (off 215/Elkhorn, north of the Aliante Hotel).
Hosted by the United Way of Southern Nevada’s Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), the annual event will include an exclusive DONNA KARAN NEW YORK (DKNY) fashion show, featuring WLC members as the models. The Women’s Leadership Council 5th Annual Luncheon & Fashion Show will engage female leaders in serving the community and recognize individuals who have made a commitment to improve southern Nevada.

GriefShare, a special video series & support group for people grieving the death of someone close, will be held of Sundays at Gate City Christian Church. Childcare is available.
GriefShare features nationally recognized experts on grief recovery topics including "The Journey of Grief," "The Effects of Grief," "Your Family & Grief," "Why," and "Stuck in Grief."

Serving Our Kids Foundation along with Girl Scout Troop #313 will be conducting a food drive to collect food items for weekend food bags for homeless and at-risk kids in the Vegas Valley on Saturday November 17 from 2pm - 6pm at the Von's store on Reunion Dr. in Anthem. Please stop by, pick up one of our fliers and then drop off an item or two after completing your Thanksgiving shopping. We appreciate the kindness of our community to serve our kids.
