Identity Theft: How can you protect yourself? Or if you are a victim what should do? A FREE conference will be held at the Herrett Center on the campus of CSI on July 12, 2012 from 8:45 until noon. Representatives from the Consumer Protection Office of the Attorney General, Credit Counseling, Better Business Bureau, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Department, IRS, Idaho State Tax Commission, Idaho Department of Finance and a Certified Identity Theft Risk Specialist will be there to discuss the issues and answer your questions. An invasion has taken place. It started a long time ago. But today, right here, right now it continues with more severity. Each day we succumb to modern day luxuries that we call convenience. But in truth, we are succumbing to deceptive devices that are invading our Christian walk. The smallest of things: a drink, a meal, TV shows, movies, video games, a song, even types of clothing all are devices that the evil one has used to invade our homes and lives. Over time, these things have become more prevalent. The small things become acceptable and turn into every day habits. They become common place and grow into larger parts of what we do and who we become.

Divorce Care is a 13-week support group that will be hosted at the Renewing Life Center on Monday evenings, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM, beginning April 23, 2012. This is a free support group, other than the cost of your participant workbook, which is $15.00.
