Hosted by the United Way of Southern Nevada’s Women’s Leadership Council, the annual one-day suit drive collects suits and other business attire for women in need. The drive helps women prepare for career opportunities and gain confidence to succeed during job interviews and in the workplace. Last year’s drive collected more than 5,700 professional items including suits, dresses, shoes, handbags and jewelry. Donations will benefit United Way accredited agencies with back to work programs for women. The agencies include Goodwill Career Connections, HopeLink, S.A.F.E. House, Safe Nest, The Shade Tree, Women’s Development Center, W.O.R.C. (Work Opportunities Readiness Center) of Help of Southern Nevada. Gently used and/or professional attire should be clean and on a hanger.

we are auctioning high end womens clothing and attire. ex: chanel, dolce and gabana, micheal kore etc. we are doing this for fundraising for the women and children of our program Its All About Kidz. this program is to keep children out of foster care and back with their mothers. we help mothers with drug addictions, abuse, prostitution, out of jail. we help them get back to a normal life where they can support their children and themselves.

They will be hosting local area home craft vendors along with Grace Adele, Scentsy, Tom Boy Tools, Velata, Damsel in Defense, Cookie Lee Jewelry and many more! The St. Patrick House Marketplace is a fair of arts, crafts, collectables, antiques, jewelry and much more! The event will take place in Missoula, MT at the old Safeway Building at 600 W. Broadway. Event Hours are 9-4 p.m. Saturday, October 6, and 11-3 p.m. on Sunday, October 7. If you are interested in being a vendor, please call 406.541.2828.

The proceeds from the vendor tables go to support the St. Patrick House, a hospitality house in Missoula catering to medical travelers from throughout the world.

The 24th Annual Barstow Rodeo Stampede will be held on September 28th & 29th at the MCLB Arena. After a two season hiatus we are excited to be back, better than ever and healthy - Praise God! We will feature all the main rodeo events such as Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Roping, Saddle Back and Bronc Riding, and several others.

We will three performances - Friday & Saturday evenings at 7:30pm (gates open at 5:00pm) and Saturday morning at 9:00am (gates open at 8:00am). On Friday we wear Yellow in "Support Of Our Troops" and Red, White, & Blue on Saturday to show "We Are Proud Americans".

Inspired by a father who has a heart for orphans and adoptive parents, come enjoy a night of catered food, raffles, and auctions as people join together to provide grants for adoptive families trying to bring their children to their forever homes.

All proceeds go directly to Love Has Come's Forever Family Fund grant program - 100% goes to adoptive families.

And meet Pierre Alexis - Haitian orphanage director as he shares stories of what God is doing in Haiti.
