Bitterroot Valley Chorus Christmas Concert
The Bitterroot Valley Chorus will present its 40th annual Christmas Concert in the Performing Arts Center, Hamilton High School, on Saturday, December 8th, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 9th, at 2:00 p.m.
Under the artistic direction of Peggy Leonardi Bucheit, the concert will include favorites, nominated by the singers themselves, from the four decade repertoire of the Chorus. These include Gloria by Randol Alan Bass, O Magnum Mysterium by Victoria, and, of course, Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus. The Bitterroot Valley is fortunate to have so many talented musicians willing to donate their time to this yearly tradition. The adult chorus will be joined by a youth choir and instrumental accompaniment. Although the performances are a free gift to the community, a donation of $5 per person is suggested to help continue this holiday tradition.
