How we serve our customers is EVERYTHING in the business world. Retain customers, and you increase profits and grow your company. We have all seen the concept of "Customer Service" defined in numerous ways over the years. Is it a big smile and cheerful attitude? Can anyone, no matter their personality, deliver it? I'm delighted to invite you to the April breakfast of the Christian Businessmen's Network featuring Guest Experience Expert and Multi-unit, Multi-concept Quick Service Restaurant Franchisee DAVID BOMBARA. With two and a half decades of experience directly serving over 500,000 guests combined with real-life, in-the-trenches business experience for the last ten years as a Subway Sandwich and Dairy Queen Franchisee with locations throughout the state, David's view is radically different.
