Author Lectures on Link Between Global Warming, Decline in Earth Systems, and Bible Prophecy

Scott Christiansen, author of the recently released "Planet In Distress: Environmental Degradation and the Great Controversy" will present a lecture on October 9 at 7:00 pm at the Victorville SDA Church at 16070 Lorene Drive. Christiansen will look at the striking decline in the major natural systems that support life on this earth - our oceanic systems, climate system, food production system, fresh water systems, etc. - and how these declining systems interact with man-made global systems such as our energy and financial systems to produce extraordinary pressures on society, particularly on our global complex society. Christiansen will look at the outcomes of these societal pressures in the context of Bible prophecy and will provide suggestions for how best to prepare for what is coming. The lecture will include a question an answer session.
