Pregnancy Crisis Center Banquet Fundraiser

On Saturday, September 29th, 2012 we are hosting the annual fund raiser for the Pregnancy Crisis Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This year we are celebrating 33 years of serving Idaho. We are seeking donations from individuals and area merchants to stage this event.

The Pregnancy Crisis Center is a Christian, pro-life ministry and a 501(c) 3 non-profit educational organization. We are devoted to helping women continue their pregnancy in a healthy manner. All funds raised go to help women and all those affected by a woman’s pregnancy. If a client chooses adoption, we make referrals and walk them through the adoption process. If they choose parenting, we offer pregnancy and parenting classes and one-on-one mentoring. Though we prefer they do not, if they choose abortion, we offer post abortion counseling.

We are also striving to help educate the young people of our valley to choose abstinence and not be involved sexually until marriage. This will promote healthy relationships, reduce the number of unplanned pregnancies, and protect them from the many sexually transmitted diseases that abound in today’s society. In past years we have seen almost 600 clients per year plus the hundreds who attend our pregnancy and parenting classes and our abstinence seminars. Our goal is to promote strong families and productive members of our community through education and support.

Our banquet has an attendance of over 600 church leaders, pastors, and prominent area citizens who donate to and support the Center.
