WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP

Rimando Kajukenbo Karate will be having a two hour Women's Self Defense Workshop for women 15 years and older. We will emphasize techniques for verbal confrontations, grabs and holds, and other attacks leading to and including ground attacks.
