Healing a broken heart is never easy, but when that heart belongs to a child or teen who has lost one of the most important people in his or her young life – a parent or sibling – the recovery can be even more complicated.
Camp Solari, a weekend-long bereavement camp sponsored by Solari Hospice Foundation, provides children ages 6-17 and their surviving caregivers with an opportunity to learn healthy coping strategies while still honoring the memory of their loved ones. The next Camp Solari will be held from May 3-5, 2013, at Mt. Charleston Lodge, located at the end of Highway 157 and about a 35-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. Applications for Camp Solari are accepted year ‘round, but must be completed by March 11, 2013, to be considered for the Spring 2013 camp.

This will be our 6th annual Community Egg Hunt. Egg hunts are separated by age group so that kids of all ages can enjoy the festivities. We hope that you can come out and join us for the fun! Pre-registration is available up until March 25th at gracebaptistlv.org. We recommend registering beforehand so you can spend more time enjoying the fun! This is a two and half day empowerment event for women. The cost is $100 which includes Zumba on Thursday night, a full day conference on Friday, Friday night Purple Party Celebration and a 1/2 day conference and boxed lunch on Saturday.
