Marina Omelchenko, organist at the Most Holy Mother of God Catholic Church in Vladivostok, Russia, will make her US debut at St. Joseph Husband of Mary, 7260 W. Sahara Ave on Tues. July 24 at 7:00pm. She will perform a variety of Liturgical music pieces. With degrees in musicology, piano, and organ performance, Ms. Omelchenko is one of only a small number of professionally trained organists in all of Russia. Admission is free. Christian culture shock-is an outreach event focused on introducing our youth and adolescents to the Christian Culture across the Las Vegas Valley through music, art, dance, education, clothing, photography, radio and much more.
Proceeds of the event will go to sending junior high and high school students to a youth Christian camp in July
The first 50 people through the door will receive a free USB/TShirt. The usb will allow for free album downloads and one on one pictures with the events artists.
The event is all ages. Cover cost is $10

Join us for NorthStar’s Kids’ Camp 2012!
This camp is for those going into Kindergarten through 6th grade. Each night kids will explore the mission Jesus has for them in this world and jet to space stations for crafts, snacks, and recreation. In addition, a light dinner will be provided.
