The 5th annual Gala for Grace will be held at Sam's Town Live! 5111 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas. A delightful evening with entertainment and MC by Heidi Harris.
Entertainment by Paul Casey, and Keynote by the Beautiful Hunter Tylo, Dr. Taylor Hayes Forrester on The Bold and The Beautiful and founder and director of the Chosen Child Foundation. All coming together to support Living Grace Homes, safe haven for pregnant, homeless youth, age 14-22.
Living Grace Home provides shelter, transportation, mentoring to these young moms and assists them in becoming self sufficient, contributing members of society.
Please join us, the cost is $750 per table, $75. per person, and there are corporate sponsorships still available.

As the nations gather in Las Vegas during Memorial Day weekend, area worship leaders will be gathering on Fremont street for 50 hours of non-stop praise and worship. We will see an incredible blessing come on this city as the body of Christ comes together in the Spirit of Unity and Honor before the Lord. You don't want to miss this!
There is no cost for this event. Donations are very welcomed.
Brandon and Chrysta Beene will be ministering at Foothills Baptist Church in the 8am and 11am services. This event is free but a love offering will be taken.

Food, food, food!!!! There are no criteria to follow when you choose to provide food. Whatever the Lord leads you to cook is a blessing to the Lord, and to the needy! (Some examples of the food that is provided includes any kind of meat items, fruit, pastas, rice, salads, soups, meat and sandwiches, sack lunches is great too and bottle waters). My name is Aaron Bull and I have lived in Las Vegas all of my life. I am a Life Scout with Boy Scout Troop 912. I have been in scouting since first grade and am now working on my Eagle Project.
I am doing various food drives for Three Square Food Bank. I chose Three Square, since they able to help so many people in our community receive food.
I will be collecting food at Vons located at 7530 W. Lake Mead Blvd. (cross streets are Lake Mead and Buffalo) on May 12th. I would appreciate any donations of non-perishable food that you could provide. Please help me achieve my goal of 5,000 food items.
Beginner Stained Glass Class is beginning on 5-5-2012 at Las Vegas' brand new Hobby Lobby store located at the intersection of Fort Apache and Tropicana. This course will last 6 weeks and new students are welcome to join at any time during the course. Tuition is $60 ($40 if you mention SOS Radio) We will meet each Saturday from 1pm to 3pm. Supplies are available at Hobby Lobby and loaner tools will be available on a limited basis. Tuition cost also includes 40% off a single item in the store as well. This class is open to adults and children 12 and up if accompanied by an adult. Tuition for a child 12 to 15 years old is free with a parent's paid tuition.

We are Juniors at Veterans Tribute Career and Technical Academy. We are doing a free car wash for HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America). The car wash is on May 12 at Ted Wiens on Rancho and Decatur from 9am-5pm. and all we ask is that they come and get their car washed for free , donations accepted , so we can pay for nationals in Orlando , Florida.
The Nevada Adoption Exchange has been helping foster care children find their "ForEver Families". We work directly with the CPS of Nevada to showcase and help families connect with an child ready for adoption.
It will be held from 6:00 - 7:30 at United Health Care of Nevada, at 2716 Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, Nevada. Drinks and food are provided. There is a short program. But the real focus is on the children ready to be adoptive.
