The 2012 Mayors Prayer Breakfast is a community building event that celebrates unity, diversity and developing leadership skills for Las Vegas youth. Breakfast keynote speaker will be Dwight D. Jones, Superintendent for the Clark County School District. Individual tickets are $55 per person, or a table of 10 is $500. Sponsorship opportunities are available. The 2012 Mayors Prayer Breakfast is benefiting the Interfaith Council of Southern Nevada's Camp Anytown program and it will take place at the Texas Station Hotel and Casino, Dallas Ballroom. This is is a secured event to serve the entire community. Enjoy a menu of food unmatched in quality and price. If you have attended in previous years this will be bigger and better than ever, all in the name of the Lord. If you have never attended before, admission and all attractions are free and food is at 60's prices. We ask for no scarey or gruesome costumes. ALSO WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS TO HELP SET UP, SERVE FOOD, HELP WITH CLOTHING, PRAYER WARRIORS AND HELP CLEAN UP.
WE ARE DESPERATELY IN NEED OF FOOD ITEMS FOR THIS OUTREACH TO THE HOMELESS.
Food, food, food!!!! There are no criteria to follow when you choose to provide food. Whatever the Lord leads you to cook is a blessing to the Lord, and to the needy! (Some examples of the food that is provided includes any kind of meat items, fruit, pastas, rice, salads, soups, meat and sandwiches, sack lunches is great too and bottle waters).
