COMMUNITY LUTHERAN CHURCH offers to the Las Vegas community a gift of The Living Christmas Tree, a celebration of Christmas in Song. 100 voices sing songs of the Christmas season in a 35 foot tall tree, dancers and world class musicians present this over-the-top celebration of the birth of Jesus.

Featured Guest soloist is Kristen Hertzenberg.

Performances will be:

Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 7PM
Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 2 PM

Art in the Parking Lot

South Hills Church is hosting a fundraiser for Student Ministries. Art in the Parking Lot! Come join the fun. Dec. 1st 7am-2pm in the church parking lot. Admission is free! Get some Christmas shopping done; we will have vendors selling holiday decor, art, jewelry, food, ect. For the kids there will be face painting and gingerbread house building.

We will provide a warm Thanksgiving meal, shower, clothing, blankets, haircuts, medical and dental services and much more.Our goal is to minister to homeless men, women, and children.

This exciting event will be held December 8, 2012 at the Longevity Sport Center from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Mr. Hartman and Mr. Jones will be bringing additional MLS players for this event and will give the children of Las Vegas an opportunity to come out and watch and meet some of the best soccer players in America.

Community Christmas Carol Sing Spectacular

The community is cordially invited to join in singing Christmas carols and songs of the season at Lamb of God Lutheran Church (6220 Nth Jones Blvd) on Sunday 2nd December at 4:00pm.
There will be a mix of soloists and groups singing as well as a sing-along of familiar Christmas hymns and favorites. Special music will be provided by church musicians.
Admission is free although freewill offerings will be gratefully accepted. The event will conclude with a potluck dinner.
