A Starry Night is a personal visitation to the journey to the manger by Mary and Joseph. A fully immersed experience. Parents and their children do more than just hear about the birth of Jesus. They'll see, touch, smell and taste what life was like during this miraculous time.
Come out and meet famous Major League Soccer players including Cobi Jones and Kevin Hartman at their free soccer clinic in Las Vegas. This exciting event will be held December 8, 2012 at the Longevity Sport Center from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Mr. Hartman and Mr. Jones will be bringing additional MLS players for this event and will give the children of Las Vegas an opportunity to come out and watch and meet some of the best soccer players in America.

Join us as we enjoy a variety of Christmas music. This year’s program will include several Christmas carols from around the world, plus a reading with sound effects. Everyone is welcome and admission is free!
Community Christmas Carol Sing Spectacular
The community is cordially invited to join in singing Christmas carols and songs of the season at Lamb of God Lutheran Church (6220 Nth Jones Blvd) on Sunday 2nd December at 4:00pm.
There will be a mix of soloists and groups singing as well as a sing-along of familiar Christmas hymns and favorites. Special music will be provided by church musicians.
Admission is free although freewill offerings will be gratefully accepted. The event will conclude with a potluck dinner.

Serving Our Kids Foundation will conduct a Bake Sale on the parking lot at Community Church of Henderson 360 E. Horizon Drive (corner of Horizon Dr. and Greenway) Come out and pick up some great baked goods and support a great cause. The proceeds will benefit Serving Our Kids Foundation to provide inventory to provide weekend food bags to homeless and at-risk kids in the Vegas Valley.
Serving Our Kids Foundation along with Girl Scout Troop #313 will be conducting a food drive to collect food items for weekend food bags for homeless and at-risk kids in the Vegas Valley on Saturday November 17 from 2pm - 6pm at the Von's store on Reunion Dr. in Anthem. Please stop by, pick up one of our fliers and then drop off an item or two after completing your Thanksgiving shopping. We appreciate the kindness of our community to serve our kids.

Desert Spring Theatre Arts will be performing You're A Good Man Charlie Brown on Friday November 16 at 7:00 pm, and on Saturday November 17 at 3:00 and 7:00 pm. All performances will take place at Desert Spring United Methodist Church 120 N. Pavilion Center Drive Las Vegas, NV 89144.
