So which came first? The Chicken or the Egg? By Chef Phillip Dell
Eggs are all-natural and packed with a number of nutrients. One egg has 13 essential vitamins and minerals in varying amounts, high-quality protein, unsaturated fats and antioxidants, all for 70 calories
Eggs' nutrients can help you with weight management, muscle strength, eye health, brain function and having a healthy pregnancy. Particularly important for aiding healthy brain function and pregnancy is choline (pronounced KOH-leen), which is amply present in eggs.

Benjamin Patrick actually died of tetanus when he was 19 years old. He was pronounced "brain dead" and arose in a morgue after 36 hours, toe tagged and surrounded by other dead bodies. The advanced tetanus that killed him was miraculously gone. In over 6 months the arthritis from rigor mortis healed and his hair he lost from dying grew back.
While dead Ben experienced and incredible journey where he came face to face with Satan, met Jesus and saw heaven and hell. Ben returned with special gifting's such as prophecy and the ability to see spirits as well as cast them out.
"Experience Resurrection" with Pastor Benjamin Patrick this Easter Weekend.

As you read through the Palm Sunday story this weekend at church, there’s a few things I want to point out to you that might rock your world.
The Gospels say Jesus, rode into Jerusalem on that colt of a donkey who had never been ridden. That actually fulfilled a prophecy in Zechariah 9 written like 500 years before Jesus was born. It says:
Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. (meaning he has never been ridden before)
Valley House is a private, non-profit homeless shelter whose mission is to help people regain self-sufficiency. This is our 19th year of operation in the Magic Valley. We have assisted hundreds of homeless people in gaining employment and permanent housing. We are 100% community funded and this auction/dinner, which will be held at the Canyon Crest Event Center, is our major fund raiser. Our honorary spokesperson will be Danny Marona and the Master of Ceremonies is Joe Martin. We will have live music by Bruce Robinson and our live auction will be by Corbett Auctioneers. There will also be a silent auction. Dinner tickets are $40.00. If you have any questions please call 208-734-7736.
I wanted to encourage you to read the Palm Sunday story again in the Gospels as we reflect on Lent. The people of Jerusalem were just as "ME" centered as we are today.
Jesus rode in to Jerusalem on a donkey about a week before his resurrection. In their culture, kings would often ride into a city on a horse when they came with intentions of war. Kings would ride in on a donkey when they came in peace
