Set a summer reading plan. Make a chart and challenge your kids to read a certain number of books each week. Even better - read a book together. Make it like a Bible study without calling it a Bible study.

Martin M. was unhappy when he finally held the table tennis racket after 30 years. Three times a week he trained two to three hours. The balls hissed over the plate. Everything seemed as before.

However, when the 51-year-old felt the pain in the elbow area one morning when the coffee cup was lifted, the dream of eternal youth was over. His orthopaedist attested to him an epicondylitis - also called tennis-arm in the Volksmund.

Common causes: gardening, window cleaning, computer work
