The free event will feature live music from the Parametrics, contests and more, beginning at 6 p.m. and culminating with fireworks around 9:15 p.m. The park’s design and northwest Las Vegas site provide a great vantage point overlooking the city. Knickerbocker Park is located at 10695 Dorrell Lane, just off the North 215 Beltway and Hualapai Way exit.

1. My almost 4 yr old son Gavin might just be the funniest person I’ve ever met
2. The first time I saw my wife Kristine it was at church in Metro Detroit. I saw her and immediately had to walk up and talk to her. There was just something there.
3. I might be addicted to the Salted Caramel Mocha at Starbucks. It’s superior to ALL coffee. (I don't actually like normal coffee- just the stuff with lots of sugar, whip cream & caramel!)
4. I don’t drink the Apple Computer Kool Aid, but I do own an iPhone and I love it.
5. I’ve never owned a pet- except for fish.
How do you respond when your kids say: "Mom I'm BORED!!!!" One mom called our show and shared this idea!

Back for its 13th year at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church in Henderson, Camp Hope is a 4 week summer camp that helps build the faith of children by teaching them about God and the stories of the Bible. The camp is run by high school and college age youth leaders, and is open to children ages 5-12. Camp runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with before-camp (beginning @ 7:30am) and after-camp (until 5:30pm) care available, if needed.
