addictions and bad choices

I'm asking for special prayers for the lord Jesus to strengthen me with the bad choices that I make. I have difficulties at times and make bad decisions and end up using, knowing that when I take these actions I suffer tremendously spirituality and lose all senses of joy, peace and happiness that I receive through gods grace. So please say prayers for me I really need them. I also am asking Jesus for his forgiveness and repent of all my sins.
