employment problems

I been working graveyards at 7-11 for 3 years now and threw out the hole time I've been looking for a safer and better paying job but I haven't had anything crack open for me do to my criminal record. I never stop trying but this trial I'm goin threw sometime causes doubting problems. Please pray for my faith to become solid as a rock.
