I messed up again. Trying to juggle the bills, I ended up having my car insurance lapse. Went to register my car and DMV told me my tags are suspended and that they sent me a letter in February. I never got it. Letters from DMV and IRS you do not ignore! So now my fine is $1250 and I can't drive. I'm living check to check. I'm alone. I have no idea how I'm going to get this money to pay this fine. Not to mention the late fee they are going to tack on. I need help.
