Please pray for my anger and that I can escape

Hello I'm looking for prayer, I'm fighting anger and to escape a abusive relationship and a wife that wants this to work but will never let me have a life. I'm emotionally abused and made to feel guilty that we are separated. I know god doesn't want me unhappy and angry.
