MICHAEL W SMITH-CHRISTMASTIME
I work for Angels on Duty, an in home Caregiver company in Kingman, AZ. One of our clients, lets call him Craig, is slowly bleeding to death. He refuses to go to the dr, or emergency room and states strongly that he wants to die at home. I am not, however, asking for prayers for him. He has made his choice, and is at peace with it. I am asking for prayers for my caregivers, who have taken care of him for over a year now, and are fond of him. Watching helplessly while he dies in this way is devastating to us all, and although I know that everything has a reason, I definitly need help to help my caregivers deal with all of this when he does die. Unfortunatly, I can't say, "Well, he's in a better place now," because he won't be! Pray that when the time comes, the Lord will give me the words to help my caregivers.
