Prayers for Grandma Lady

My grandma who we call Grandma Lady called me this morning at 1:00am. She is all alone in hospital and she was having diffulity breathing and thought she would die soon. She was scared. I prayed with her and continue to pray for her. I cant get to her and I just want to hold her hand and love her. Please just pray for Grandma Lady that her breathing gets better and that in Gods time He will bring her home. Thank you
