Pregnancy against the odds

My sister and her husband tried for 4 years to have a child. They were finally able to adopt. Three months after the adoption she is pregnant. She is very nervous that something will go wrong because of everything they've been through. I just want the baby and my sister to be healthy. She's in Wichita, KS and I'm in Las Vegas, NV.
