Proper raising of our children

My husband and I are really struggling to find middle ground on how to raise/punish our children. Our youngest child seems to be out of control, and we are struggling to gain control over our household. Please pray that God helps us to find discipline/consequences (pos. and neg.) system that will work for all of us, and that we will both be able to be consistent with, as well as gain control over our household once again. Please also pray that we both engage in raising our children.
