Salvation for my terminally ill father

Please pray for my dad, Scott Cole, in Oregon, to truly receive salvation. I have just visited him and tried to discuss it with him. He says that he is "good with God" because he was Catholic as a child. I am very concerned that he doesn't fully understand. Please pray.....thank you.
