Smoking :(

Please lift me up in your prayers that I stop smoking. I stated three years ago as my father went into have heart surgery, with my family living in a different city 500 miles away and two beautiful kids I couldn't just get in the car and go. I used to workout an run everyday, well not anymore. I want all that back an want to quit hiding it from my kids.
