struggling first year teacher

I am a first year teacher in Las Vegas started three months into the year. I've gotten writtened up for almost everything. I now have 66 point I MUST follow or i'll get dismissed. I am trying my best and I'm struggling from depression as well. With all that happened, my confidence has been shaken and I'm trying to give up to the Lord. He is a merciful loving God. I ask for prayers to help me climb out of this low point in my career and life. I really am trying. I'm trying to maintain classroom management with a rough bunch if students. I need all the help I can get. I want to be a teacher and help students. Thank you for everything.
