| Role at SOS: |
Scott Herrold is Program Director at SOS. He’s worked in radio in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Detroit, Michigan. Growing up loving radio, he and his brother made mix tapes for relatives, talking between the songs, pretending they were deejays. As a high school freshmen, he did news & sports reports for the school radio station, where he was working when, during his senior year, he was hired at Planet 96.3 in Detroit. He says, “I was working at a concert with P Diddy & Kid Rock when I noticed the seven year old kids in the audience singing the lyrics to some really dirty songs! That’s when I realized the influence of music.” |

Scott and his wife love the Food Network and like to visit the restaurants owned by the famous chef’s on TV. Favorites like, Mesa Grill in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas (Bobby Flay) and Del Monaco Steak House in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas (Emril Lagasse).
