Dr. Rhonda Spencer-Hwang is a professor at Loma Linda University and she talks about training our kids to be resilient and the importance of learning from the older generations. She talks about her study of the Centenarian population in San Bernardino County in Southern California and some routines and patterns she noticed that has led to a longer life.
Dr. Spencer-Hwang talks about resisting the urge to get kids involved in everything now that things are re-opening and the importance of leaving a clear space in their calendar.
