Alveda King is the niece of Martin Luther King Jr and daughter of civil rights leader A.D. King. She talks about battling victim mindsets after losing both her father and her uncle during the civil rights movement. In addition, she explains how she's learned to communicate heart to people who come from a very different worldview. We've heard a lot about Martin Luther King Jr, but Alveda also talks about the impact her grandfather Martin Luther King Sr led.
Alveda King is Director of Civil Rights For The Unborn at Priests For Life. Her latest book is called: The Spirit Of A Dream.
