101 Christmases - Hope For Prisoners 2023!

Imagine what heights children could reach if they knew that they were supported and loved. Sadly, thousands of children in our communities are living with the reality of an incarcerated parent. This separation has left them to struggle with the heavy burden of low self-esteem, anger, and shame. But what if you had an opportunity to help lighten the load? 

SOS Radio has teamed up with Hope For Prisoners for 101 Christmases! It has become a yearly tradition to be a part of creating this family Christmas reunion party for children with incarcerated parents. On December 11 and 12, children will be reunited with their incarcerated parents for an unforgettable Christmas celebration. 101 families will enjoy the sights, tastes & sounds of Christmas at Opportunity Village's Magical Forest. They'll have toys, bikes, hot cocoa, gourmet meals and live music!

We celebrate second chances at SOS Radio. Everything about this event is donated through the generosity of people like you! SOS Family!

 Here's our part as the SOS Community 

We need your help collecting $25 gift cards for the teens & caregivers and bicycles of ALL SIZES for the kids. Remember, some kids are bigger than others, so ALL bike sizes are welcome! These two gifts are the top choices that make the largest impact on the kids and are the most useful as well. You can drop off bikes at our SOS radio studios in person, or ship them directly to us!

We'd love it if you can bring by the bikes or giftcards by Friday, 12/8, at 5pm.

The easiest way to give is to ship your bike or gift card donations to us at SOS Radio directly at 2201 South 6th Street, Las Vegas NV 89104

Make checks payable to "Hope For Prisoners" NOT SOS Radio. Any donations made through sosradio.net will go into the general SOS Radio fund. Online donations made at sosradio.net cannot be separated out from the general radio fund. If you're wanting to donate money, it's best that you mail in a check or money order made out to "Hope For Prisoners." Please know, for your donation to be applied to this Christmas event, it must be specific to "Hope For Prisoners" not SOS Radio.
