Your Prayer: My youngest son has been going through a lot of loss and grief and loneliness (over the past 7 years) and he lives out of state and it breaks my heart that I can’t be there with him through all of this, but he and I both know that the Lord is there with him. And he has recently found a new good church to go to. But he is also going through a recent loss/breakup with a girl he really loved. And they are going to remain friends, but he is just so broken. So I ask for prayers for him with this situation (she too has also been through a lot) and they are both going to the same church. She’s the one who invited him to first go there with her. So they both actually need prayers. And too, extra prayers for my son and the other things he’s been going through. He keeps taking steps to keep going forward though so much. Then something happens, and it takes him back. Just prayers for him please. God knows his situation and his much needed basic needs and well as some other things.

Your Prayer: I work full time - Moved in with my Mom (88 yrs old) to take care of her in November of 2022 after she a big fall and was hospitialized. She was diagnosed officially with dementia a few months later because the fall and all the tell tale signs that she was hiding (hoarding, not pay bills, memory lapses, etc.) I have been working with insurances, doctors, any and all agencies I can to get her the support, classes, and speciality care she needs. Spend a lot of effort, time, energy, organizing all the things and making sure we can get her support while working full time. Left my family (all adults, grandson) behind in California to do all of this.

Now my siblings are questioning the handling of her care and her finances. All is above board, spreadsheets, documentation and balance funds. - she has a living will, a full trust that contains all her assets and she lives very comfortably in her home.

I am 66 years old and tired of the bickering and comments. I want to leave and hand over the reins to the 3 brothers to handle it all for a while. I will take a job out of state for a few months and just focus on finishing up my work career and retire.

I want prayers on making the right decisions and moving aside to make room for her other children (3 sons) to take care of it for while.

The stress, struggle and strain of the job loss, wasn't just the paycheck, it was also our health insurance, and now, he only has Medicare. Our savings has been depleted, and I am doing gig work, just to keep food on the table, the bills are so very far behind, and I am trying to stand faithful, and know that God has a reason for this, yet, I lose the ability to believe at the end of most days. That brings me stress and sadness too, as I love the Lord, and I know, that He has provided our needs all along, I need to believe that everything will be okay, in my heart I know but head is not allowing me to feel safe anymore and that scares me for my husband, who is disabled and has only me to rely on for his every need.

I was fired from my job when I wasn't able to come in the day after my assault. That was in 2020. Then COVID happened. I am now partially deaf,I have cardiac problems, mental health struggles, fainting/silent seizures and severe PTSD. I filed for disability in 2023 and was denied it's in the appeal process and I have a hearing with the judge June 3rd. I need prayers for the judge to finally approve my SSI disability with back pay. I haven't worked in 6 years and have spent all my savings even my 401k please pray for the judge to show compassion, understanding, mercy and support.
